On Thursday, May 16, 2024, police responded to the 2300 block of Forrest Avenue in reference to a possible deceased person. Upon arrival, police located an adult male inside a home, who was pronounced deceased on the scene.
Gadsden Police investigators say the deceased person has been identified as Daniel Joseph Garmon Sr. and investigators are asking anyone with information about this death investigation to please come forward. The Prattville Police Department is investigating a felony theft and seeks the public’s help with identifying the suspects.
Prattville Police Investigators released a photo of three unknown suspects wanted for a felony theft investigation. Investigators say the offense occurred, on April 22, 2024, at around 7:00 p.m. at Academy Sports located at 1557 Cotton Exchange, Prattville, AL.
Investigators say the pictured suspects, identified as two black males and a black female entered the business and placed multiple items in the female suspect's purse. The stolen items were valued at $608.00. The suspects passed all points of sale and left the business without paying. Investigators say the female suspect arrived at the business in a white passenger car and the male suspects arrived in a silver car.
The suspects are wanted for theft of property 3rd degree, which is a Class C felony.
