The Opelika Police Department is investigating identity theft and theft of property first degree and is seeking the public’s help in identifying the suspect.
Opelika Police Investigators released a photo of an unknown suspect wanted for identity theft and theft of property first degree. The offense occurred, on December 22, 2023, at Troy Bank and Trust, located at 2701 Fredrick Road, Opelika, Alabama at about 1:30 pm.
Investigators say the suspect the suspect, a white female with long dark hair, entered the bank and withdrew $2,700 in cash from an account. The suspect is seen on surveillance footage arriving in what appears to be a gray/silver Toyota Crown sedan. The suspect was seen wearing a white sweatsuit with gray stripes.

The Thorsby Police Department is investigating a business burglary and says arrests have been made in the case but continues to seek the public’s help with identifying the remaining suspects.
Thorsby Police Investigators released photos of unknown subjects wanted for a business burglary. The offense occurred on October 30, 2023, around 3:48 a.m. at Thorsby Drugs, located at 4 Minnesota Avenue, Thorsby, Alabama. Investigators say the suspects forcibly entered the business, stole multiple medications in varied quantities, and left the scene. A short time later, the suspects attempted to case another pharmacy in a nearby town, and area law enforcement was made aware of the suspect vehicle, the vehicle fled the area and was later seen by law enforcement in the Birmingham area. Area law enforcement officers attempted to make a traffic stop on the vehicle, but the vehicle refused to stop, leading to a vehicle pursuit. Once the pursuit ended, two suspects were taken into custody and charged with burglary. Two suspects, as pictured, fled the suspect vehicle on foot in Calera, Alabama. Investigators say the suspects were picked up by the pictured vehicle, a white Acura with a sunroof, and an Alabama tag of 63A11TC. No other information regarding this ongoing investigation is available for release at this time.
Investigators are actively seeking the remaining suspects involved in this burglary and ask anyone who can identify the suspects or the driver of the pictured vehicle, to please come forward.

The Tallapoosa County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a utility trailer theft that occurred in Tallapoosa County, AL, and seeks the public’s help in identifying the suspects.
Investigators released photos of an older white model Ford F250 or F350 with a work bed and possibly a light bar attached to the top of the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle stole a 2018 Big Tex utility trailer from a local Tallapoosa County business. The Alabama tag of the utility trailer is #62AOMM7. The trailer has a busted rear taillight on the passenger side.
The suspect vehicle was driven by an unknown person and was last seen heading south on Highway 49. The offense occurred, on January 7, 2024, between 10:00 pm – 11:00 pm. at SCF Builders located at 5427 Notasulga Road in Tallapoosa County, Alabama.

On Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24, 2023, police responded to Hill Liquor and Wine located at 107 Kelley Boulevard, Millbrook, Alabama, in reference to a fraudulent use of a debit card investigation. Upon arrival, police determined the victim used their debit card to make a small purchase, the victim accidentally left the debit card in the card reader. The victim left the business when an unidentified female was behind the victim, observed that the card was left in the machine and took the victim’s card to make a transaction. Once the card was approved, the suspect made another large purchase using the same card. The suspect then traveled to another area business and used the card to make additional purchases.

Investigators say on November 25, 2023, between 5:00 am and 5:15 am the pictured suspects discharged an unknown type of firearm into an occupied residence on Lincoln Avenue. Investigators say the pictured suspects, identified as white male and white female, drove onto the property in the pictured vehicle, used an unknown type cutting tool to gain entry into multiple storage units. The suspects stole over $20,000.00 in property and left the scene traveling north on Hwy 231.
The suspects are wanted for theft of property 1st degree, a Class B felony and burglary 3rd degree, a Class C felony.
